Recommended for parties of 100-230 people

SECOND FLOOR BUYOUT INCLUDES:5000 square foot area with 3 VIP PARTY LOUNGE AREAS, fireplaces, harvest tables, big TV’s, 12 pool tables, bar with 20 craft beers on tap, washrooms, separate entrance, dance floor if desired

SECOND FLOOR VENUE BUYOUT ROOM RENTAL RATES:

1. Daytimes before 6pm $1000 + HST.
2. Sunday to Thursday evenings after 6pm $1500 + HST.
3. Friday and Saturday evenings after 6pm $2000 + HST.
