- 50% Deposit by credit card or cheque is required to confirm the event date.
- Underage guests must be supervised by adults at all times.
- Alcoholic drinks are charged by consumption.
- The total is payable and due on the day of the event. If a buffet is ordered, the total food payable is based on the number of people attending in the buffet minimum. The buffet price will increase by the number of extra people attending if there is additional people attending the event above the number confirmed.
- The menu can be decreased up to 7 days before the event date. Menu can be increased at any time.
- Cancellations must be received in writing 7 days before the event date.
- Event cannot be cancelled due to weather within 7 days of the event date.
- If the function is cancelled less than 7 days before the event date, The Crooked Cue reserves the right to retain the deposit.
- A 18% gratuity(Etobicoke) / 20% gratuity(Mississauga) and 3% administrative and set up fee is applicable to all goods and services provided by The Crooked Cue.
- Crooked Cue reserves the right to assign the party area and make changes to location of the party within The Crooked Cue at any time.
